One of the biggest problem's in the US right now is obesity. It seems like almost everyone needs to lose a few pounds. Everywhere you look there is a new diet, or book telling you that this is the only to lose weight. Most of the time they are pushy, or trying to give you a quick fix solution. Thankfully, this book isn't like that.
Recently, I was able to review this book and have to say that I really enjoyed it. It is full of useful information, without being preachy. Mr. Vine does a very nice job of explaining what they different levels of vegetarianism are in relaxed manner. At not point in this book did I feel like I had to become a vegetarian. The health benefits are clearly explained, tips for losing weight and keeping off are given, there's also a list of the best and worst foods for weight loss.
It also includes several recipes that anyone can enjoy. These make it worth the price alone :) I can't wait to try a few of them. They sound delicious! Overall, I would definitely suggest that this be added to your eCookbook collection!
